 Michael D. Milligan, MD
Board-Certified in Sports Medicine (CAQSM) and Family Medicine
Michael D. Milligan, MD left his private practice in North Carolina in 2006 for Las Vegas where he spent two years as a sports medicine fellow with the University of Nevada School of Medicine. In 2008 Dr. Milligan was hired by the University of Nevada Las Vegas as their first full time head team physician and started University Sports Medicine.
